6. Payment and Billing
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise. Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property developed specifically for clients remains the property of the client upon full payment. KanpriTech retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property. Clients grant KanpriTech the right to use project work as portfolio examples unless otherwise agreed.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual agreements. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable. KanpriTech will provide reasonable transition assistance as outlined in service agreements.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
